add section about DNSSEC to OpenAlias

After using the current tutorial I got the mentioned error about DNSSEC signatures in my Monero Wallet as well as my Bitcoin Wallet.

This adds a small section explaining in basic terms why it is important and how to add DNSSEC to your domain.

To keep the current ordering of file names I moved all filenames by one for the following images.
