I've taken it upon myself to continue this project https://github.com/Rushmore75/foss.cooking

I did a rewrite of the site from hugo to astro, as it gives some more powerful options in writing.

• Authors still write in markdown
• Website output is still static html

I'll begin bringing in the remaining PRs from this repo in the near future.
