Change video links

At the moment, the three videos on the main page about web bloat go to odysee.com. This is rather ironic as the Odysee website is very bloated, and has Google tracking on it.

I suggest the links be changed either to Peertube, or to Librarian.

The one benefit of librarian over Peertube is that it does not require Javascript to play back the video.

Nice, we could also use a non tracking youtube client like https://github.com/TeamPiped/Piped.

That might become a problem in the future when Youtube decides to shut off access for 3rd party clients. Best to stick with a different alternative.
