Almost all the modules have gone

Hi, I was trying to test this module but as many users reported I also noticed that the weather module was gone. The problem is even after I remove it from the modules folder and from the config.js most of the other modules don't load.

I have tried Sudo reboot but it doesn't look like fixing it. I didn't change anything else besides installing the module in the modules folder like is mentioned in the description and adding the code in the config.js like I always do.

Is there a command line or something I can use? I really need some help here, please? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: One of the modules was also a bad region in the screen (middle_left) like this one, so MM stop reading there. I completely forgot I change it to accommodate this one as is stated in "center" instead of "middle center". Anyways it's fixed now and I will give it another try to this module :)
