Remove Linux 5.10

This kernel does not work well on newer Intel Macs. We also still want to ensure that at least two kernels are shipped with winesapOS.

In an ideal world, Arch Linux and Manjaro builds would have Linux Neptune (5.13) and Linux LTS (5.15) right now.

To be clear here: Arch Linux and Manjaro currently ship Linux LTS 5.10 and 5.15. We want it to align with the SteamOS build which ships Linux Neptune (5.13) and Linux LTS (5.15).

The next Linux LTS kernel will most likely be 6.1

I've updated our Mac drivers to work with Linux LTS 6.1. We can now remove Linux 5.10 (and maybe 5.15 also?).
