Windows has various known issues with broadcast and multicast protocols which a lot of LAN games rely on.

Solutions:

1. Change the interface priority of the network adapter to be the highest priority in Windows by setting the metric to be 1.
2. Disable Wi-Fi before starting the game.
3. Use WinIPBroadcast.
