Canberra Central not returning any data

Looks like Canberra Central stopped showing results somewhere between January and March 2024.

All the old addresses have the "bogus" locid, where there was no real "LOCID..." value, just some string of hex. It was probably filtered by this @LukePrior commit https://github.com/LukePrior/nbn-upgrade-map/commit/2722628fa61a0450dda511f26db553cb5152bb2f
