How to know what is in center without being clicked on it.

Hello all. I have one query. If I rotate the wheel and click somewhere which is in middle I got selected true and as well as position also. So now is it possible if I will not click the wheel item but I want to get the position of wheel item only by rotating it to the centre? Please let me know if it is possible
