Apply cool down timer to villagers text response to being damaged

I use guns in my modpack, when a villager is shot with a shotgun which has multiple projectiles, the villager spams the chat with a bunch of responses, one for each projectile damage they took.

For some reason this seems to do something to the server and starts making it lag, which seems bizarre.

Applying a text response cool down for a few seconds would fix this issue so users screens aren't spammed with a wall of random responses from the villager taking damage.
