Only works with bass v14 and not latest version

Using bass release v18, build fails with the following output:

error: invalid constant identifier: r0(0)
N64_CPUREGS.asm:2:1: constant r0(0)
bass: assembly failed

It still works with the v14 release.

Yep, my bad, it's definitely intended for v14 and not any other version.
