This has been solved with the OEMetadata 2.0.
I use [OBS ](https://obsproject.com/download) for screen capture and [OpenShot](https://www.openshot.org/) for editing. Both are open source and platform independent.
The current version is a technical documentation and not a course. Move the existing text to compendium and create a training course.
