Add undo/redo functionality

Adds undo and redo buttons to let the user travel through time

Still WIP and has some weird issues that I need to iron out

Closes #133 Relates to #315

Bulk deleting perms then pressing undo will pop up a dialogue saying "Are you sure you want to delete x perms"
