Ability to autocomplete with tab in the web editor

Continuation of #90

When you start typing a permission and the list of autocompletes appears, pressing tab should input the selected autocomplete into the input box and update the autocomplete list. Pressing enter should work the same as it does now, marking the text in the box as a node and making it uneditable.

If there's no textual input, such as after you finish pressing enter to make all your inputs into nodes, tab should send you to the Value box.

Right now if you press tab it sends you to the Value box, no matter what you're doing or typing. How I propose for it to work is the same way tab works when typing commands in minecraft.
