[lu-rich-text-input] Keep formatted html in ngModel even when the content is empty

The bug can be reproduced in the story: RichTextInput → Angular → With Html Formatter. When we remove the text, the formatted <p><br></p> is retained in the ngModel.

Could be a problem with the RichText Plugin?
