🔺[Select multi] Improve select all + filter behavior

This issue require design specifications first

Intention

Improving the way "Select all" feature works when filters are applied

Key points

For now, after applying a filter, Select all button will select every options (even the ones not displayed). An improvement could be to the label by something like "Select 4 options" and select the filtered options instead of all options.
