[Filter pills] Improve max width behavior

We currently have issues with long labels:

We discussed a new with logic :

  • Remove 320px component max width
  • (Global) No max width on label
  • (Simple select) 240px max width on value
  • (Multi select) 240px max width on value + numeric badge
  • (Date & Date range) No max width on value
  • (Checkbox) 240px max width on value
