[Callout disclosure] The "state" input doesn't update the icon

The "state" input from the Callout component is supposed to update both the palette and the icon of the callout. However, it doesn't update the icon on the Callout Disclosure.

@martincadoux After some verifications with @Supamiu, we noticed that Disclosure Callout doesn't provide an icon by default, which doesn't match with our design guidelines as the lack of icon should be the exception. To fix this issue we need to apply a default icon, otherwise, having only a state will not display any icon. It will be fixed, but might requires some adjustments on product side as it could generate unwanted icons, so I'm moving it to the next minor release.

Also, icons should refer to new strings: signInfo, signHelp, signSuccess, signWarning & signError on every Callouts.
