[LF/Prisme] First split step

Since last year, we are discussing the benefits of dividing Lucca Front into 2 libs :

  • Prisme : Our design system library
  • Lucca Front : Everything related to Lucca (API, assets, specifics components, etc.)

We now need to move a first component in our future Prisme library in order to validate a proof of concept and be ready for Angular 19.
