New Category: A/V Switchers

I want to add a few A/V switchers and matrix units that I have.

I looked through the existing folders, the closest thing we have right now is "KVM" (but this is just audio/video routing).

There are several existing A/V switchers and matrix units currently in "miscellaneous" that I think should be pulled out and into this new category, like Extron and TESmart.

I didn't see a clear path documented for doing re-organizing and new categories in this repo. Should I just make a PR with these changes? Is there some more discussion/approval needed first?

In the Multimedia section, there is a Ligawo_HDMI_6518716 which is an HDMI matrix 4x2. That's why I submitted my Leicke Kanaan KN40573 under the multimedia section ( #715 )

I guess switchers/matrix units are all over the place then, all the more reason to create a centralized category for them, I think. :)

I'm all for it! No official process and I'm the only maintainer at this time, so I guess that's the official process. 😁 There are some other maintainers in the downstream that contribute a lot and may reorg a bit when it gets there, but new categories that organize things better, especially from the misc section, are welcomed.

We should not use a forward slash in the name as that can throw off parsing of things. How about Audio_Video_Switch or something to that affect? If you're able to create a PR with the new category and organize everything in properly (by bran then descriptive file name) it would most certainly be merged and hugely appreciated.
