Custom styles for bot avatar container and messages texts

There is no way to add custom styles for:

  1. Bot avatar container.
  2. Messages texts.

I wanted to change the bot avatar and the current bot avatar container has the background color set and there seem to be no way to override the styles.

And for the messages texts, needed to change the font and the font sizes.
