moving transfers up or down in a queue is extremely slow

Where exactly? It seems to be instantaneous in GUI.

Really? This is a long-running issue for me, it was slow even in Qt4 gui and now in Qt5 it's slow too. Sometimes it is quick but most of the time it takes more than a second to move one transfer, which is ridiculous.
