workaround: set SDL_VIDEODRIVER=x11

lastest update from the copr repo seems to improve the behaviour on the wayland backend:  now it launches with a 256x285 window size

can move the mouse without issues now

The mouse capture is good, the remaining issues are marginally related but weren't introduced by this pr. I think it's fine to merge it.

im also seeing this with USA rev 1.0 (no-intro) with the image EZLJ_Expansion_DEV_v1.2 on muppen64plus-Next 90dae29 on retroarch 1.15.0 nightly. here is a save state in front of the mask...
