Most of these are not available to EU or UK residents., except IQoption and Binary.com

And the problem with binary.com is the payouts change every second, in which they can jump 5, 10, or even more %, and they are are skewed between call and put in a way that more probable trades have worse payouts. For example if it's a large red candle and you buy a call, the payout is going to be like 76% while the payout on the put could be 98%.
