There is no known fix currently - this issue has been created to identify and (hopefully) assist with diagnosing the problem. It may help if you provide your PC specs...

Please provide a full reproduction resource if possible, which satisfies all cases for the purpose of testing (stream in/out, changing vehicle variant, etc).
