Not getting connection for input.

I got both the host app on Android and the app on my 3ds, I put in the IP address, which has the last two groupings of numbers less than 3 numbers, so I kept 0's in front of them when inputting, I can't get any input on my galaxy s7 edge, I would love to use it though. if you need any more info just ask.

also same and im using a lg optimus 4x hd p880, aka a really old andriod device

Same problem using samsung galaxy ace (1) with cm 11 even older than lg optimus 4x hd p880 XD
