Find an eye catching description/tagline
The current short description is "A collection of light, general purpose Android libraries. Kotlin friendly."
Since the library is now 99% Kotlin and GitHub shows it, "Kotlin friendly" is no longer necessary. Also, I'm not so satisfied with this description that is old. The upcoming 2.0.0-alpha1 version has more features, and I'm looking for an appropriate description. This will probably get easier once the doc is updated though (which is very WIP).
New name idea: "A family of small Kotlin libraries for delightful Android development". Sine I find it better than the current description, I'm changing it for this, until I find a better one.
When #83 is resolved, the tagline could mention Android Jetpack since their philosophies are quite similar.
A few ideas:
- Packs of boost for Android Jetpack
- Android Jetpack, extended
- Because one rocket is not enough for an Android Jetpack
- Additional Rockets for Android Jetpack
- Extra Rockets for Android Jetpack
- Extra hydrogen for Android Jetpack rocket
- Long range Android Jetpack
- Android KTX KTX
- Supply store for Android Jetpacks
- Boilerplate is dying
- Boilerplate on Android will die
- Range extender for Android Jetpack
Now that this project is becoming multiplatform (look at what you've done, JetBrains!), almost all of the tagline ideas above are stale.
Here's a fresh set of new tagline ideas:
- Beyond kotlinx and AndroidX
- Multiplatform extensions for Kotlin and Android projects
- Boilerplate killer for Kotlin multiplatform and Android projects
- Boilerplate killer army for Kotlin multiplatform and Android projects
- Boilerplate killers for Kotlin multiplatform and Android projects
- Boilerplate cutter for Kotlin multiplatform and Android projects
- Boilerplate cutters for Kotlin multiplatform and Android projects
