Provide extensions properties for Configuration

This is for the Configuration class of Android. Examples: isLandscape, isPortrait, isSquare, isNightMode, etc.

This will allow for easy config changes handling, and allow usage from styles from View DSL.

This raises the question for dynamic styles that would not require a restart (and how to do it without memory leaks nor significant overhead).
