"Force VGA" patching

Ability to patch games that were not coded to support VGA but that actually do support it to be patched so that can be run in VGA mode.

We could had a warning to indicate when the game is known as not working with VGA as said in https://github.com/Louhike/Ugly-GDEmu-Games-Manager/issues/34#issuecomment-651136072
