Add versioning of Nginx container

Well, ya know. We need the way to force-lock version, otherwise unexpected and horrible things happens to other projects after rebuilds when we mess with our container...

@mrhyde Would you have time to finish it before 1.7.0 release (I'm ready for it), or we should move it into next version?
