Fluid Cable does not respect item filters when collecting liquid directly from world

This was encountered on SkyFactory 5, running minecraft 1.20.1 for forge Steps to reproduce: 1- Make 3x1 infinite water source 2- In the middle block, place any liquid container 3- to the side of this liquid container, place a fluid cable 4- using the cable wrench, set the cable to extract fluid from the container 5- add a filter data card, set it to ignore, and in the rightmost slot, add a water bucket 6- break the liquid container

You should see the cable fill up with water, even though it shouldn't.
