Shape Data Card creates invisible blocks

Minecraft Version: 1.20.1 Forge Version 47.3.0 Cyclic Version: 1.13.5

Right clicking with the Shape Data Card creates invisible blocks with collision that re-appear when you reload the world. Additionally, the Shape Data Card doesn't seem to do anything in the Shape Builder.
