growth enchant grow limit not respecting enchant level.

in commit f6c42aa7de8a5115fe19f53ef8f6468d2975dd the growth enchant code was updated and the part responsible for updating the "grown" variable meant to limit the total amount of blocks attempted to tick was removed.
