Energy Transfer Node not seem to work on Multiplayer

Forge Version: 47.2.18

Mod Version: Latest one.

Single Player or Server: Server

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened): Energy Transfer Node doesn't seem to work on the mulitplayer server I am in in the nether.

Both sides are chunk loaded I have done it in the nether and overworld, both dont seem to work.

Redstone is set to always on
