You need FLib to play Cyclic on 1.20. The shields issue is a duplicate of #2297

Your Forge version is too high; FLib 0.0.8 looks for a maximum Forge version of 47.1.3. Downgrade Forge.

Make sure you have latest FLIB, newer versions of forge dont have the issue with 0.0.9+ https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/flib/files/4661080
