Item pipes not properly directing items.
Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
Forge Version: 36.2.39
Mod Version: Cyclic-1.16.5-1.5.20, 1.16.5-1.5.15, 1.16.5-1.5.14 (at least)
Single Player or Server: Single Player
Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened): I set up a basic item pipe system around my Tinker's smeltery like I have many times before. Pipes pull outputs as they're generated, stuff them into a chest at the end. This worked in a different world before updating.
The pipes correctly pull items, but it seems like they're getting somehow "lost" in the pipes. As shown in the video, the debug (?) output shows that the items are indeed in the pipes.
I've tested 1.16.5-1.5.20, 15, and 14, and the bug expresses itself in the same way in all three versions. I finally reverted to 1.16.5-11 (which is what I actually upgraded from,) and the bug was NOT present - all the stuff from the pipes ended up in the chest at the end as expected.
After the above testing, I updated back to 1.16.5-1.5.20 and the pipes no longer worked - stuff got "lost" in them again, no changes to the piping between the save, update, and load.

Video/images/gifs (direct upload or link): Video of the bug from start to finish, though I didn't re-re-re-place the cables (I tried just redoing the cabling as part of my own troubleshooting.) As far as I can tell, the double chest at the end is a red herring - I just forgot to hold shift, there's no significance to placing a double chest to get the items out based on my testing.

Mod list: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1r3r5ehblv96uje/modlist20230128.txt?dl=0 (I've got 174 mods according to Forge - I won't discount a mod interaction, but this is a regression from something that worked in 1.16.5-1.5.11.)
