1.16.5 Condensed glowstone wipes items of enchants and Ars Nouveau of glyphs

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened): Made some condensed glowstone to put down a few hidden lights, then added the camo block (just basic minecraft bricks. Then happened to right click the camouflaged glowstone with my Ars Nouveau spell book and the book disappeared entirely. I panicked, clicked around, and after a few moments, the spell book popped back into my inventory, but all my spells and learned glyphs had been wiped out.

I tried using it again, and right clicked to remove the camo block, but this time I had a heavily enchanted Mekanism paxel in my hand. It did the same thing. Deleted the paxel, it showed back up after a few seconds, but all its enchants had been wiped.
