[Feature Request] Crates, Storage Bags and Shulker Boxes

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):

You shouldn't be able to put Crates, Storage Bags and Shulker Boxes inside one another. Quite OP and could cause problems.

Also, crates don't break any faster when you use an axe. At least, not a stone one.
