Server crash after eating an ender apple

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened): Eating an ender apple takes a long time to process, forcing the server to lock up and eventually time out. This was originally reported as an issue with an auto-feeding mod, but it was tested manually eating it, with the same result. When eating in a single player world, the game appears to lock up for a full minute or two before returning to normal.

This appears to be a recurrence of issue #1851

Issue Still occurs on Servers with version Cyclic-1.18.2-17.19.jar installed via Curse Forge for a custom modpack
