[1.18.2] Laser Cell not rendering properly

Forge Version: 40.1.73

Mod Version: 1.18.2-1.7.6

Single Player

Was testing the Laser Cell block and it works but the laser is always this weird black texture, and no matter what I change with the sliders it will always look like in the picture, from every angle too and regardless of what gps card I use. I've never used this block before but I don't think this is intended.
