[1.18.2] Item User accepts energy (Jade), doesn't use it

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened): Item User seems to require (or at least accepts) energy, as shown with a mod like Jade, but doesn't seem to use it.

My mistake; by default, the item user uses 0 energy, as set by the config. However, there should probably be an energy level in the GUI, as with other items that require FE in Cyclic.
