[Suggestion] Anvil without level limit

You know what would be great, to have an anvil were you can combine stuff that uses a flat liquid xp amount, and energy and we can forget about the incline in xp for combining stuff, and the level limit to put enchantments on item.

The mod AnvilFix removes the level limit on vanilla anvils- may be worth a look
