Text Projector does not update

Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened): When I change text on the text projector in Multiplayer other players can't see changes. For them text updates only when they exit and connect again. Could it be fixed?

To add extra info: It happens on my server as well, and we figured out that teleporting out and back to the area updates the text. We did not try walking far away from the place to see if that works, but it probably just means that the player has to be away from these chunks for it to load properly.
