Persisting Settings Tab introduces Git Change

The selected tab in the settings of folder-notes is persisted in the settingsTab option. This leads to a change in the file, which is a problem when working in a team and using a Git based workflow.

I don't see why the selected tab needs to be persisted? An easy solution might be to simply not persist that. An alternative could be to persist it in another file, which could be added to the .gitignore.

What about a toggle that allows you to either turn the persisting on or off? Would that also be good enough for you?

Definitely. I was just trying to give minimal effort suggestions. Having the option to turn this on or off would be great.
