Adding new file with same name as folder in external file browser will cause desync (file not merged with folder with underlined name)

Repro:

1. Open Obsidian Sandbox and install Lost Paul Folder Notes plugin
2. Open sandbox in external file browser (right-click any note > Show in system explorer)
3. Create new file Formatting.md (to match Formatting folder)
4. See how Formatting folder and notes stay separated

Note 1: I also tried different Folder note name in options such as _{{folder_name}} and _Formatting.md but it still didn't merge. Note 2: Restarting Obsidian fixes the issue

This also happens randomly in some of my folders even if the files already existed on start. Apparently jumping to a page directly via Quick Search may trigger the issue.

When also using plugin "Customer File Explorer Sorting" to sort files and folders alphabetically together, this becomes quite apparent:

I disabled "Customer File Explorer Sorting" plugin and the issue remained on that session, but I don't remember if it occurred because I installed that plugin (which makes it difficult if it's a cross-plugin bug).

However if you fix the main bug in the OP by doing a full check on vault opening and then checking for every file change, chances are it will fix it in all situations anyway.

Note: as in the OP, after restarting Obsidian, the bug is fixed (after a few seconds, the plugins will activate and update the view)

I have the same issue, happens both with file sync and manually creating folder notes outside of obsidian.
