OG Bug: cannot save if path contains chinese characters

One user reported that they cannot save their game when the path contains chinese characters,

There are at least five people who reported this. Even though they put my game on the desktop there still must be letters in a path.

desktop is part of the user directory so will have characters in it. they need to put it somewhere that is not a "windows directory" such a c:/ or d:/ or c:/games are something like that. no Desktop, pictures, downloads, documents, videos default folders etc
