Bug: Texture bleeding

I noticed a problem: This texture I have taken(black/gray) one is 1 click (16px), and in fact it works correctly in the editor (and in other engines)
But when I see it in TR1 (in-game), this line at the bottom from the next texture appears.
Is it fixable?
