This is the opensource version of my neuro image, it is licensed under the CC Public Domain or the MIT license.

This repository contains an open-source Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) dataset, licensed under either CC Public Domain or MIT, that you can freely use and create derivative works from, without seeking authorization from me.

  • The raw directory includes T1-weighted imaging data
  • While the processed directory contains extracted tissue images
  • Additionally, the surface directory includes 3D models of various types of tissue

These datasets were processed using BrainSuite.
