Voice sounds robotic on Chrome OS

Right now the voice sounds incredibly robotic on my Chrome OS device and there is an error on the console that says speech.js:19 ja-JP voice not found.

A quick debug and the list of voices has names that don't have the ja-JP, rather they just have ja.

Suggest that you change the regular expression to not be so specific and pick the first language that has just ja in

Actually, it's even weirder - it just speaks the phrase 'Chinese letter'
