Composed Name text field too small

Does this text field (a) have to be a text field (rather than normal text), and (b) does it have to be so short? It practically never displays the composed name.

Thanks for this. I’ll make it wider right away. The reason it is an <input> is that it’s an easy way to handle long fields via h-scroll. A <div> can also h-scroll but it would not be obvious to the user.

Ironically, I never noticed I could have h-scrolled 🫣 If I needed to see the full text badly, I selected it and pasted it into a text editor.

Idea: give it two lines, and a tooltip with ‘onhover’.
