What happened?

I have a problem: The server is on 1.19.2 and When im in a claim (plugin name: GriefPrevention) I can shoot but it doesnt do damage but only with the bombs and the rpg are working and doing damage I am not sure about the plugin version but i am sure that the plugin is correct verison for 1.19.2 is there any fix to this bug?
